After serving at the helm of the American Conservative Union for nearly nine years, Dan Schneider joins the Media Research Center as vice president of Free Speech America.
Known to many ACU CPAC attendees, Schneider will focus on highlighting the woke movement in American businesses.
“Dan will lead the fight to protect Americans’ First Amendment rights by exposing Big Tech’s censorship wherever it occurs and documenting every instance in MRC’s exclusive Censotrack.org database,” said the MRC founder Brent Bozell, who made the announcement today.
“We are fighting for our lives. The far left is using all of its tools and all of its power to destroy America by silencing the majority. We have no choice but to fight back and win,” said Schneider.
He served in the George W. Bush administration and eventually became acting assistant secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services. He is a lifetime member of the NRA and an Eagle Scout.
“I’m excited to join Free Speech America and continue my work to defend the First Amendment and advance the conservative cause,” said Schneider. “Free Speech America’s mission is vital, and I look forward to leading this effort to end discrimination against conservatives online.”
