Peruvian Metals Announces Delay in Filing of Financial Statements

Edmonton, Alberta–(Newsfile Corp. – May 3, 2022)- Peruvian Metals Corp. (TSX-V: PER) (OTC Pink: DUVNF) (the “Company”) announces that the filing of its audited financial statements and related management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2021 (collectively, the “annual accounts“) has been delayed beyond the registration deadline of May 2, 2022.

The Company’s late filing of the financial statements is due to delays in the audit procedures, and the Company’s auditors and management are diligently working through the various issues to expedite the completion of the financial statements.

The Company currently expects to file its financial statements on or before Friday, May 6, 2022 and intends to provide further updates on this matter in a timely manner.
