Rogers scores top marks for overall wireless network reliability in the greater Montréal area
MONTRÉAL, July 20, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – A new study published today by umlaut, a global leader in cellular network testing and benchmarking, ranked Rogers number one for the reliability of its 5G network in Québec Cellular providers.
The results confirm that at a time when connectivity is more important than ever, Rogers customers have access to the most reliable 5G network experience in Québec. The report also rated Rogers BEST IN TEST for its wireless network in the greater Montreal area. Umlaut, which tests cellular networks in more than 120 countries around the world, has measured the performance of voice and data services on smartphones through extensive drive tests across Canada. The company assigns an overall score to each Canadian provider by rating the performance of typical consumer use cases such as making and receiving calls, browsing popular websites, downloading / uploading content, and streaming video content. umlaut completed driving tests over 30,000 km in metropolitan areas, smaller towns and connecting roads on 52 days.
